Regulations
1. All international agreements must be approved by the Office of the General Counsel.
2. Pursuant to Executive Order 83-4, section 4.3 (e), the Provost must be the signatory on the agreement (a dean can be the second signature if desired).
3. All agreements should be sent to Kelli Pugh at least two weeks prior to the proposed signing. World Bridge will forward the agreement to General Counsel's office for review. If approved, the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs will forward to school/college/department. If changes are required, the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs will return the agreement to the school/college department for revision; after changes are made, the agreement should be returned to the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs for General Counsel's approval.
4. Once signed by all parties, a copy is to be sent to the Office of Study Abroad and Global Programs.
