  • A semester or year program where students study at the University of Salford in Salford, Greater Manchester, England
  • Students are able to study political science, history, and international relations
  • This exchange program is open to undergraduates and graduates

France: Epitech Computer Science Exchange
France: Undergraduate Computer Science Polytech Nantes
  • This semester long program is open to students of Junior/Senior Standing majoring in Computer Science with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Provides diversified academic and research programs in a variety of scientific and technological fields
  • More than 1,200 undergraduate and graduate students study on two campuses
  • students have access to the resources of the 15 schools (Grande Ecole), including 2,200 researchers and 200 research laboratories

France: University Francois-Rabelais Exchange
  • Students attend the University Francois-Rabelais in Tours, France
  • This exchange program allows students who are fluent in French to take classes in any Liberal Arts and Sciences discipline
  • Students from any Wayne State college or school are eligible to apply provided their plans are approved by the department where they expect to earn their degrees
  • The exchange can last either one or two semesters, although students strongly are urged to consider staying for two semesters is possible

Germany: Junior Year in Munich
  • Junior Year in Munich is America’s oldest academic year abroad program in Germany.
  • Coursework completed in Munich counts towards WSU degree requirements.
  • Open to all majors for students with 2 years of German Language with a B average. 
  • All instruction is taught in German

Germany: Urban Planning in a Global Context
  • Open to Undergraduate and Masters Urban Planning students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Students will travel during Spring Break
  • Participants will travel to Dortmunt and Berlin to learn about global Urban Planning

Italy: English Language Teaching Assistantship in the Lombardy Region, Italy
  • This program is a non-credit teaching assistanship.
  • This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.25 to apply.
  • Motivation and character of the applicant are crucial. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, flexibility, independence, self-training and self-study skills, and willingness and ability to step out of her/his comfort zone.
